** Hire of equipment is based solely on the following :

Terms & Conditions MUST be read and understood thoroughly. They must be presented with payment on day of hire.

1. BOOKINGS

When making a booking, a R100 deposit is required at least 7 days prior to day of hire, (this will be deducted from total amount payable) until this amount is received, booking cannot be confirmed.

If cancellation of hire is made less than 48 hours before day of hire, deposit will be forfeited, however customers can cancel up to the day of the hire for wet weather, prior to a specified time, without a cancellation charge. (If cancellation is made by DALIS JUMPING CASTLE Hire, full refund of up to date moneys paid would be applicable).

** PLEASE NOTE : DALIS JUMPING CASTLE HIRE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW SERVICES AT ANYTIME BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER DAY OF HIRE. THIS INCLUDES THE RIGHT TO ENTER PREMISES FOR THE PURPOSE OF RETRIEVAL OF EQUIPMENT.

2. PAYMENT

Remaining payment to be made in full (not negotiable) upon arrival unless payment has been made in full in advance, this would also include R20.00 incurance option (see 3. for insurance details).

2A. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OPTIONS :

Bank Deposit or Internet Banking only (NO Cheques & NO Credit Cards)

Cash

Deposit can only be made by cash if special arrangement has been made. Remaining COD on day of hire is accepted without prior arrangement.

3. INSURANCE :

This covers against accidental damage that would occur whilst complying with all rules & regulations specified (see 5. for details) Please note, this will not cover against deliberate / malicious or misuse under section 5. of Terms & Conditions, see below.

4. DUTY OF CARE : (Indemnity)

As a customer of hiring DALIS JUMPING CASTLE equipment, YOU are solely responsible for environment, personal effects and condition of equipment & MUST ensure rules & regulations are followed (see 5. for Rules & Regulations).

As a customer of hire you assume ALL responsibility in regards to the above mentioned and well-fare of person(s) using DALIS JUMPING CASTLE hire equipment, you agree & acknowledge DALIS JUMPING CASTLES hire has no responsibility in regards to injured persons.

5. RULES & REGULATIONS
* To aviod injury to persons or damage to equipment.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is footwear of any sort other than socks, jewellery (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, belts, etc) to be worn on castle equipment.

Castles are designed for no more than 10 children at one time

Climbing on castle sidewalls NOT permitted

All / Any equipment MUST not be removed from setup location. All pegs, tie downs, restraints, ropes etc must remain in place, if removed this could pose as an extreme danger.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the use of water hoses or devices permitted. This could damage equipment or cause injury to person(s).

Deflating of castle is strictly forbidden other than to cease activities (Make sure ALL persons are clear of equipment)

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are ANY pets allowed on or near equipment at ANY time.

NO food, sweets & NO drinks are allowed on or in the vicinity of the equipment.

I have read and understood ALL of the above. I recognize that DALIS JUMPING CASTLE HIRE cannot be held responsible what so ever for damage to environment, personal effects, equipment or injury to persons during & after the hire of equipment.  I understand and accept that I am responsible for ensuring Rules & Regulations set out by DALIS JUMPING CASTLE HIRE are to avoid damage (and the incur of further costs) & or injury to persons. I solemnly agree to adhere all of the above to assure the safety of persons using equipment & the policy in regards to all equipment not being damaged.
